Forum is a curated group of 6–8 fellow EO members who meet monthly for a half-day in complete confidentiality. Unlike a mastermind or networking group, Forum uses the Gestalt experience-sharing protocol — members share their own experiences rather than giving advice.
The result is a space where entrepreneurs can be completely honest about what's actually happening in their business and life — the struggles, the fears, the wins — without judgment or agenda.

How Forum Works
Confidentiality
Everything shared in Forum stays in Forum — period. The Gestalt protocol creates a sacred space where vulnerability is protected and honesty is rewarded.
Experience Sharing
Members share their own experiences and feelings rather than giving advice. This creates deeper empathy and more authentic connections between members.
Monthly Meetings
Half-day meetings, once a month in Bhubaneswar. Plus an annual Forum retreat — typically 3–4 days — for deeper immersion and team bonding outside your usual environment.
